We photograph the work. Repairs require your separate approval. Preventive care helps reduce water-entry risks and does not guarantee against leaks. Royal Treatment wash covers one driveway up to 600 sq. ft. and one entry sidewalk up to 150 sq. ft.; extra areas cost extra.

Monthly billing remains a 12-month commitment. Automatic renewal and automatic payments each require your separate consent. We send a renewal reminder at least 30 days before renewal, and you can cancel within the 30 days before renewal to stop the next term. See the membership agreement.

Major work includes customer-paid roofs, gutters, garage doors and siding. Caps limit total savings per annual term. One applicable discount per job. Excludes insurance-funded work, third-party charges and other promotions. Savings depend on the eligible work you choose to purchase and are not guaranteed.
One first-year wash of up to 35 eligible, ground-reachable exterior window units, each up to 4 × 6 feet, performed during an included visit using your water and safe access.
Valid when you enroll by the deadline on the written offer you receive at your appointment. Interiors, screens, tracks, detailing and stain restoration are excluded. The wash does not repeat at renewal.
