Membership agreement
These terms apply to Crown Care, Royal Care and The Royal Treatment memberships purchased online. You agree to them at checkout.

Your membership term
Each membership covers 12 months from the day you sign up. The plan you choose lists the scheduled visits and services included during that term; we contact you to schedule them.
Payment authorization
By completing checkout you authorize Queen City Roofing & Exteriors KC, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge the card you enter for the amounts shown in your payment schedule on the dates they come due. Yearly: one payment today. Monthly: 12 payments, the first today and then one each month, ending after payment 12. Monthly billing is a 12-month commitment.
Renewal
Your membership renews only if you check the automatic-renewal box. Yearly members who opt in are charged the then-current yearly price at the start of each new term; monthly members who opt in continue on a new 12-payment schedule at the then-current price. We send a renewal reminder at least 30 days before renewal. To stop the next term, cancel within the 30 days before your renewal date (see Cancellation).
Changes and cancellation
Each membership is a 12-month agreement. Monthly members agree to all 12 payments in their schedule, and the payments continue through the end of the term. To change your plan or update your card, call (816) 237-0727. To cancel, you must tell us within the 30 days before your membership renews, by calling (816) 237-0727 or emailing cs@queencityroofingkc.com. Your membership then ends at the end of the current 12-month term and you are not charged for another term.
Refunds
Because each membership is a 12-month agreement, payments for the current term are not refunded if you stop using the plan before the term ends, and any remaining monthly payments in that term stay due. If you cancel within the 30 days before renewal, you are not charged for the next term.
What the plan does not promise
Repairs and other work require your separate approval and price. Preventive care helps reduce water-entry risks and does not guarantee against leaks. Member savings apply only to eligible work you choose, are limited by your plan’s annual caps, exclude insurance-funded work, third-party charges and other promotions, and are not guaranteed.
